Are your products really 100% natural?

Yes, without exception. Every NWĀR product exclusively contains natural ingredients, without chemical preservatives, synthetic fragrances, or parabens. INCI lists are displayed on each product page — you can check for yourself. Our philosophy is simple: if you can't eat it, we don't put it in our products.

Where do your products come from?

Directly from Moroccan cooperatives and artisans. Argan oil from the Tikjda cooperative (Anti-Atlas), rose water from the Valley of Roses (Dadès), black soap from Marrakech artisans, ghassoul from the Fès region, saffron from Taliouine (Anti-Atlas), incense and ceramics from Souss and Safi.

Each product has a QR code that takes you to its story — the village, the artisans, the know-how. No intermediaries, no diluted versions.

What are the delivery times?

Metropolitan France: 3-5 business days — €4.90 (free for purchases over €45).

Belgium, Switzerland: 5-8 business days — €7.90 (free for purchases over €60).

Rest of the EU (Germany, Spain, etc.): 5-8 business days — €9.90 (free for purchases over €75).

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment of your order.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@nwar.ma and we will arrange the return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned product.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned — except for manufacturing defects, of course.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with gentle and natural ingredients. Ghassoul and rose water are particularly suitable for sensitive skin thanks to their soothing properties and neutral pH.

If in doubt, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin (inner wrist) 24 hours before first use. If you have known allergies, check the INCI list on the product page.

Do you offer gift sets?

Yes, our gift sets are designed to be given as much as to be kept. They are packaged in premium kraft paper with a personalized card. You can add a message when ordering — we will handwrite it on the card.
